Twitter @Anywhere is a fairly new, exciting service that aims to make it easy for webmasters to get more out of this great social network. Webmasters can use Twitter to drive traffic to their blogs and portals. But Twitter is more than just that. It’s a great tool to build a community around a blog and build solid relationships with people and businesses around the world. Twitter @Anywhere is not that hard to implement. We have covered a summary of how it works in the past. Not every-one’s comfortable with coding however. Thankfully, there is a plugin that webmasters can use to introduce this exciting new service to their WordPress blogs. Twitter @Anywhere Plus plug-in not only lets you do some cool things with @Anywhere platform, it also gives you some flexibility when adding @Anywhere to WordPress.

This plugin makes it quite easy to use Twitter @Anywhere for those of you who do not know any coding or just do not want to mess with any of it. You still need to get your API key from Twitter to get this to work. Once you have done that, you can choose the options you want to go with, and the plugin takes care of the rest. Auto-Linkification of Twitter user-names is very nice if you tend to use Twitter usernames in your blog posts. Hovercards are even more neat as they give your visitors an attractive way to connect with you and other Twitter users on your website. The Follow Button feature is pretty straightforward though make sure you define your DOM element properly.

If you want to add a Tweet Box to your WordPress blog, that’s possible using this plugin. You also have the option to re-size your box and make it fit your blog better. Don’t forget to take advantage of the special tags to make it easier for your readers to engage in discussions about your posts. You also have the option to use short-codes in your posts to create alternative tweet-boxes on your blog.

Last but not the least, this plugin gives you the option to add a more dynamic retweet feature to your blog. Just make sure you enter the right information to maximize your opportunity with this feature.

Before doing anything, do not forget to sign up for your own Twitter API key if you want to take advantage of this plugin. The rest should be easy. You won’t have to know any programming to get this plugin to work.
