This Plugin Adds Descriptions (Notes) for Posts & Pages

Running a fast growing multi-author WordPress community comes with its own set of challenges. With Post Descriptions, you can keep notes on each post for the sake of your sanity. It is a simple script that adds a description field to your posts and pages. You can add descriptions from the Edit and Quick Edit screen.

Descriptions for your posts can be shown next to each post.  You have the option to show post descriptions in bold next to post titles. You can also hide descriptions with a check of a box.
