I am not a big fan of auto-blogging or even automating all my social posts. People do want to see real interactions on your blog and social profiles or you will lose their attention. The idea of being able automate the process of pinning images on Pinterest is intriguing though. We have tested a couple of plugins that promise this. While they are not perfect, the idea has potential:
Lazy Pinner: as the name suggests, this plugin sends your posts automatically to Pinterest. It requires mycrypt to work.
NextScripts: publishes your posts to top social sites, including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and Pinterest. It has many options for you to customize.
We are still searching for that perfect Pinterest auto-poster. Let’s not forget that posting only your own content to Pinterest does not count really as a strategy. In fact, you might get banned for it if you push your luck too hard. Plugins such as the ones we mentioned above do have the potential to make posting to Pinterest easier.
