WordPress already makes it every easy to embed content from social media sites. Not every type of website is currently supported by the WordPress embed feature at this time though. Here are 5 plugins you can use to embed external content from all kinds of websites:
Embed Extended: lets you embed maps, videos, websites, and source codes from sites not supported by the built-in WordPress embed feature. It works with the Gutenberg editor, Elementor, and Classic Editor.
Content Mask: another plugin that lets you embed external content on your pages and posts. It is designed mainly for embedding content from other sites that you own.
Embed Any Document Plus: a handy plugin for displaying documents on your website without additional browser plugins. It works with Box, Google Drive, and Dropbox.
Advanced iFrame Pro: a responsive plugin that lets you display external content in an iFrame. It comes with browser detection, lazy loading and scrolling support on mobile devices. Lets you add iFrames as widgets to your website.
Embed Privacy: this plugin respects the privacy of your visitors as they view content embedded from other sites. It prevents external content from loading until your visitors decide to see them.
