Themeforest is a pretty decent marketplace to visit when you need a new theme or just looking for some inspiration. There are plenty of amazing authors active on that site. Here are just a few of them whose work we have used in the past:
Industrial Themes: these guys make some of the most sophisticated magazine themes around. Their products are tailored for established portals.
pego: whether you are looking for a news, corporate, or creative theme, these guys have something to offer you. We did have some success with their Meganews theme in one of our projects.
MVPThemes: yet another Elite author with elegant and highly customizable magazine themes for you to choose from. They have themes for sports sites too.
Orange Themes: these guys have developed a number of good looking blog and magazine themes for tech and video sites. They also have various site templates available.
ThemeGoods: a Power Elite Author with great themes for businesses and magazines. We especially loved their Rigel theme, but there are plenty of other themes for you to choose from.
NORDiX: an Elite Author with various quality blog/magazine themes, including RoVeR, StarMag, and Reportage, with useful features such as mega menus, many custom widgets, and more.
Kopasoft: want to get your hands on attractive 100% GPL themes for WordPress? These guys have you covered. They offer a number of attractive magazine themes for blogs.
Meks: we have loved and used a few magazine themes by this author in the past. Their designs are quite clean and easy on the eye.
Sara_p: WooCommerce is one of our favorite plugins. You are going to need a decent theme to make your WooCommerce shop impressive though. These guys have you covered.
RuvenThemes: this author may not have as many themes as some of the other authors mentioned here, but it has very clean themes for you to use. We are a big fan of their Darkwhite and Polyon themes.
WPBandit: those of you who follow top tech blogs may have seen a few of WPBandit’s themes in action (not going to name names). We simply love their designs and innovative theme features.
Cosmothemes: an Elite Author with themes for entertainment, WooCommerce, photography, churches, and regular blogs. We had some success with their “community” themes too.
Promola: we have used Promola and a few other themes by these guys in the past. They were easy to customize and came out quite clean. We can’t wait for the developer to add mega menus and other modern features to their future designs.
Pixelgrade: an Elite author with themes for photography sites, blogs, magazines, food portals, and portfolios.
Dedepress: these guys do not have as many WordPress themes as others listed here. But they do have deTube, which is a theme a couple of our clients have used for their video blogs.
What are some of your favorite Envato authors? We would love to know, so please share.
