Nothing can be more frustrating and heart-breaking than working days and night on your WordPress blog only to lose all your data due to a server crash. Let’s not forget about hack attacks either. If you do not backup your WordPress database on a consistent basis, you will have a harder way to restore your blog to its original state if your blog is hacked. You can always use the export functionality in WordPress to backup your website. If you need a more powerful solution, these 4 WordPress backup tools can help:

WP-DB-Backup will not back up files, only the database tables.
